Refund Policy

Free General Admission

Free seats cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you can't make it, let us know so we can give your seat to someone else.

Paid tickets (General Admission $27, VIP and VIP Platinum)

• More than 14 days before the event: full refund on request.
• Within 14 days of the event: tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else at no cost.
• If we cancel the event or move it to a date you can't attend, you get a full refund.
• VIP Platinum coaching: if you miss the live virtual session, you still get the recording and replay access. Missing the live session is not a reason for a refund.

How to request a refund or transfer

Email support@joinbecomemore.com with your order email and order number. For a transfer, include the new guest's name and email. We confirm within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post it. If you paid with Shop Pay Installments, the refund is handled through that provider under its terms.

10% of all proceeds go to helping women, children, families and churches this holiday season.
